Vitality and health have always been of major importance in my life. I started studying the human body at the age of seven thanks to the Encyclopedia Britannica. At the age of twenty-one full time healing was my chosen profession, and in a career spanning decades I have had the opportunity to help people from all walks of life, including Olympic, Commonwealth and professional athletes. The passion I felt at such a young age still resides as a powerful force in me today, yet has evolved and matured into teaching powerful self-healing exercises using the body and the mind to harness the implosive and explosive energies of the breath.
